What it is

Remedy Meds is a cash-pay telehealth service run by Remedy Meds LLC [18]. Its weight-loss program centers on compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide from U.S. pharmacies [1], with one monthly price that includes the prescription, the clinician and delivery [5]. FDA sent it a warning letter in September 2025 [19].

What it prescribes

Mostly compounded drugs. Remedy’s own page says FDA has not evaluated its compounded medicines for safety, quality or efficacy [1], and FDA says it does not review compounded drugs before they are sold [22]. A compounded injection is a different product from an approved pen.

Its home page also has a brand-name path that names Ozempic and Zepbound [2]. Of those two, only Zepbound is approved for weight loss; see our Zepbound and Ozempic pages.

What it costs

Remedy posts these monthly prices for its compounded injections, with the medicine included:

Remedy says the price does not change when your dose goes up [6]. It bills every 28 days from your sign-up date [7], so a year holds 13 charges, not 12 [7].

Signing up and cancelling

The program runs month to month with no minimum commitment [11], and the home page says you can cancel anytime [12]. To stop the next renewal, cancel at least 48 hours before the current term ends [13]. Once paid, the fee is not refunded [14], but if a clinician finds you are not eligible when you first enroll, Remedy refunds 100% of that first payment [15].

Remedy also advertises a money-back weight-loss warranty. It only covers standard-dose compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide [16], and it pays nothing unless you stay enrolled for 12 months in a row [17]. Read our guide to cancelling a GLP-1 program before you sign up.

Safety and regulatory record

FDA reviewed the remedymeds.com website in August 2025 [19]. Its warning letter objected to website claims that tied the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide to brand-name products, saying they implied the compounded drugs were the same as an approved product when they are not [20]. The letter was addressed to Remedy Meds in New Jersey [21]. FDA’s database listed no close-out letter when this page was updated, so we treat the letter as open. Because of the letter, and because it sells compounded drugs, GLPLens does not link to Remedy Meds.

Who it suits, and who should look elsewhere

Remedy may suit someone set on a compounded GLP-1 who wants one flat monthly price with the medicine included. Look elsewhere if an open FDA warning letter concerns you, if you want an FDA-approved medicine with a published price, or if you hope to use insurance.
