- With Medicare: No. No, the Zepbound savings card excludes Medicare. The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge covers the Zepbound KwikPen for a $50 copay if you qualify.
- With Medicaid: No. No, the Zepbound savings card excludes Medicaid and every other government-funded program.
- With no insurance: No. No, the $25 Zepbound card needs commercial insurance. Without insurance you pay Lilly's self-pay price: $299 a fill at 2.5 mg, for vials or the KwikPen.
